1General Terms & Compliance

By using the bbajji website (https://bbajji.pro) or any of its associated services, you agree to all the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bbajji.

These terms, together with bbajji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete agreement. bbajji reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are provided in English because we believe every member deserves to fully understand them in a language they're comfortable with. bbajji is committed to transparency and fairness.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register on bbajji, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time, and any balance held may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bbajji may request additional documents at any time — such as a national ID card or passport.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Bbajji currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional methods may be added in the future. Bank transfers are also accepted, though they may take 1–3 business days to process.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and any such transactions will be reversed upon detection.

4Withdrawal & Settlement Rules

Withdrawal requests on bbajji are typically processed within 15 minutes. However, first-time withdrawals or those requiring a security review may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• At least one bet must be placed after a deposit before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bbajji regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — until these are met, neither the bonus funds nor any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20 to 30 times.
• Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated.
• Bbajji reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse is detected.

6Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets placed on bbajji are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is if the cash out feature is used.

• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bbajji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets on that event are generally refunded.
• Results are always settled based on data from official sources.
• In Sports Betting system bets, if one selection is void, it is counted as a 'Win'.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbajji and will result in permanent account closure:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach bbajji's system security.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bbajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. That said, bbajji does not exercise this right without reasonable cause.

• In the event of permanent closure, any remaining balance will be refunded provided no rules have been violated.
• Bonus balances are non-refundable.
• If KYC has not been completed before an account is closed, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

9Dispute Resolution Process

All disputes are first handled through an amicable resolution process. bbajji's decision will be considered final if both parties agree. Completing the internal resolution process is mandatory before taking any matter to court.

10Limitation of Liability & Important Notices

Bbajji is an entertainment platform. bbajji is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting. In the event of losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet issues, bbajji's liability will be limited.
